Joan Pujol

Agricultural engineering technician by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
He was Manager of various UTE’s within the main construction companies in the country. He has more than 25 years of full experience on real estate sector such as consulting, property development and real estate investments. He has managed more than 1.000 million euros in transactions of urban assets and land along real estate investments.

Sergi Mora

Architect Technician by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Master in Management and Valuation from the UPC, MBA (2004) from ESADE and PE Real Estate Strategy from IESE. He managed and led various projects for the Barcelona airport extension He also was Director of a holding company 8 development companies He developed the projects and managed more than 1.000 homes, 23 industrial warehouses and the urbanization of more than 14 hectares of land. He is an expert in management and Project integration Management.
